Before
- Arrive with clean nails and tell us about allergies, nail changes, broken skin or previous reactions.
- Please do not pick or remove enhancements immediately before your appointment; contact Nails if professional removal or repair time is needed.
After
- Moisturise nails and cuticles regularly, wear gloves for wet or chemical work, and do not pick or peel gel or extensions.
- Arrange professional maintenance or removal, and seek medical advice for persistent pain, swelling, discolouration or irritation.

Before you book
Deposits and cancellations
Deposit policy: A £10 deposit is required to secure each appointment and is deducted from the final treatment balance.
Cancellation policy: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With less notice, or for a missed appointment, the £10 deposit may be retained where the reserved time cannot be refilled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If we cancel, your deposit will be refunded or transferred in full.
