Booking & deposit policy
Please read these terms before booking. Square remains the source of truth for appointment, deposit and payment status.
Deposits
A £10 deposit is required to secure each appointment and is deducted from the final treatment balance.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With less notice, or for a missed appointment, the £10 deposit may be retained where the reserved time cannot be refilled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If we cancel, your deposit will be refunded or transferred in full.
Confirmation
An appointment is only confirmed when Square shows a successful booking and sends its configured confirmation.
Payments
Square manages any online deposit or payment requested during booking. This website does not collect or store card details. Any remaining balance is due as shown in your booking confirmation.
