Appointment care

Before and after your treatment.

This is general guidance. Follow any treatment-specific instructions from your practitioner and contact the relevant department if you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you.

Lashes

Before

Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, and remove contact lenses where possible.
Tell us about eye conditions, allergies, recent eye treatment or previous reactions, and complete any patch test requested before treatment.

After

Keep lashes clean, avoid rubbing or pulling them, and arrange professional removal for extensions.
Seek prompt medical advice for eye pain, marked swelling, vision changes or persistent irritation.

Facials

Before

Tell us about allergies, skin conditions, medication including retinoids, pregnancy, and recent peels, laser, injectables or reactions.
Avoid introducing new or strongly exfoliating products immediately before your appointment and arrive without heavy makeup where possible.

After

Use a gentle cleanser and moisturiser, apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+, and avoid picking or exfoliating the treated skin.
Follow your therapist’s treatment-specific timing before restarting active products, heat or heavy exercise.

Waxing

Before

Allow around 6mm of hair growth and arrive with clean, dry skin.
Tell us about medication, retinoids or isotretinoin, recent peels, sunburn, broken skin or irritation before treatment.

After

For 24–48 hours avoid heat, sun, swimming, heavy exercise, perfumed products, touching and tight clothing on the treated area.
Use a gentle non-comedogenic moisturiser and seek medical advice if redness or swelling lasts more than two days.

Brows

Before

Arrive without brow makeup and tell us about allergies, skin or eye conditions, retinoids, recent peels or previous reactions.
Complete any patch test requested before tinting or lamination.

After

Keep the area clean and avoid rubbing, heat, swimming, exfoliants and fragranced products for 24 hours, or as advised for your treatment.
Seek medical advice for marked or persistent swelling, pain, irritation or eye symptoms.

Before you book

Deposits and cancellations

Deposit policy: A £10 deposit is required to secure each appointment and is deducted from the final treatment balance.

Cancellation policy: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With less notice, or for a missed appointment, the £10 deposit may be retained where the reserved time cannot be refilled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If we cancel, your deposit will be refunded or transferred in full.
